Ballyhack Castle, County Wexford, in June 1986.
An Irish National Monument, which has been since conserved by the state.
My notes have not survived the intervening years, but I vaguely recall that we were able to wander into it and seem to think it had a garderobe. Built of red sandstone. Machiocolis over door.
